[Resolved]  Siddhi Group Thane — Delay in construction projects

Shiddhi Gaurav Enterprises ...Anybody searching this project on Net...let me tell clear fact abt this builder...These people who purchased flat never get possession on time...He already completed projects so called Frustrated & Delayed like Highland Garden, Highland Society, Now Highland Park & Recently started Highland Annex...my sincere request to all of you pl. do not invest in any Project of highland, Owner of this group are so called Mr.Gala, he was land mafia.. he never complete project on time...Highland where almost some buildings are ready still not giving possession..

One tact they always play to fool middle class people..that never give possession on time ...so that some of the member will surrender flat which ultimately can sell to other with higher rates...


If you want to invest in Thane ...must go for Dosti builder, Rustamji, and lodha ...these flat are costly but you can relax on possision date & other treatments..

Hey guys, i feel we all should unite and file a complain against builder for his delayed possession, we should pressurize builder to pay us the rent for the accommodation that we have currently arranged.It's very difficult to manage with both rent and EMI's. we should ask builder to either pay rent or give possession as early as possible.
We all should hire a lawyer to if anyone o[censored]s is lawyer, and take this matter to next level.

No matter what happen...but this builder is not worth to invest money...My humble request to all of you pl. do not invest any of the projects named started from Highland in Thane...

This builder managed every one like TMC, Legal, Politician, Bankers every things...

I don't understand the logic & the way he progress the building construction ...there are lot of legal problems in the land they acquired...this group never manage his cash flow ...there are lot of irregularity in finances & complexity in AGREEMENT.

I vistied High Land garden last saturday, i had talk with Mr Ranjan from sales office and according to him they are targeting the possesion by April 2012, But it wud be without OC, So absolutely no use for the Flat owners those who have taken Home loan, as Bank needs OC to release its final
installment . The OC will take 6 more months.

I am agree with all of you as possession of flat is very late by almost 2 years . I hv booked the flat in the month of Apr.09 and the possession of same flat is in the month of Dec.10. From last one and half year, I have continously followup for flat but simply answer possession of flat in next month. This is very unprofessional and mental harrashment.

We are also cheated by siddhi group. We were assured in may 2009 that we would get our flat by dec 2010. Its been more than an year and we are yet to receive the possession. We are also infuriated by their lax attitude given the delay already done in the project. I also advise the future customer to take written confirmation of date of hand over of the flat prior to booking any flat.

Hi, I booked my flat on Sept' 2009 at Runwal Garden City-Phase 2. Building name Jasmine, Balkum, Thane and the possession date in agreement is Dec 2011, but still no possession is given. Please look into the issue. Regards, Vishal

HI, I am also a victim of this builder... I was promised possession on Dec 2011 and I have still not got it... We had booked the flat based on an absolute need... and this builder has broken our trust... And I must say this builder runs a nexus with the bank agents as they lure you to buy the flats...
New buyers... please stay away...

Yes I agree with you all, same here I have also booked my flat in year 2009 they have assured me that the possession will be given in the end of the year 2010, but 2011 is over & now it's the mid of 2012 they have not yet given the possession & they do not strict to there words, when we ask them about the flat, they says that i[censored] want u take u r money back, now I have took a loan, how can i pay it now, even currently I reside in a rented apartment

I want purchase a flat in Highland Park. Now this August 2012, please tell me whether the costumers who have booked their flats in year 2009- 10 got the possession. Please advise me.

Possessions have been started in Highland Garden for who has purchased flats in 2009 now.
And if you or bank delayed any payment to builder, he is taking interest on it also.
