[Resolved]  Siddhivinayak Teleshopping Network — Repairing/Replacement of Product

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased one Induction Cooker Touch screen with Bill no 1372 of Rs 4500 from Chittorgarh(Rajasthan) during Rajasthan Patrika Mega Trade Fair on 22/02/09. during cooking suddenly cooker's glassbody cracks and my wife injured because of glass piece. I have tried to contact at customer care mobile number but both number was showing switch off, Then E-mail the complait on stn.[protected]@gmail.com but got no any response. finally contacted on mobile at Bhilwara service centre office and informed them on 17/05/09. But till now nobody has attended the problem.Please help me regarding this.can I file case at Chittorgarh consumer court because I am unable to register my case at New Delhi/Mumbai as on bibilling address.
