i mr paras yogesh sampat is running small marketing agency, on 21st july i recd a call from miss shaheen inamdar from sigma manpower services ghatkopar branch.
she gave me a commitment tht she will keep on supplying man power for nxt six months but till date not single person has come
after making a payment of rs 2750 . they never pick up my calls , keep fooling me abusing me wit very foul language . they have even told me on face no police or consumer forum or consumer court can do any thing to them as they give them enough money to keeep them away from sigma.

pls help me i m small poor man pls help me to get my money back

sigma manpower services (ghatkopar) — regard froud with us

Dear sir,

I abdul Rehman Liyakat Sayed. proprietor of Hotel Rahi, Neral.

Last time i requered staff for my hotel and for that i given advertisement in news pepar.
after that i got so many calls from sigma gkatkoper,andheri branches and they given me assurence that they are a big manpower consultant.

so many time i got call from shaheen sigma ghatkoper branch.and i beleave there tongue and i called them for registeretion proces. and the same day there exicative came and i paid him registeration fees Rs. 2500 full as per there norms. he given me Reciept for payment, Receipt No 542. paid by chq no:015333. dated: 21/3/09.

they promiss me that we will send staff next day of payment realization but till today they are not sent any staff services.

so many time i called them but there officer Mr. pritesh and he given only assurance but fail to payback my amount 2500/-.

they are not worry about my complaint.

please do it better.

I agree with this complain as we are also cheated in the same manner, the company is a big fraud.
