I had purchased a sigmatel S30 mobile with dual batteries and a bluetooth headset from shopping.indiatimes.com The handset is faulty both the batteries are even dead and even the free bluetooth headset is faulty in short the entire package is bogus. i had booked the order on 30th sept 2009 and received it on the 3rd oct 2009. since then i am mailing indiatimes shoping customer care about this but there's no response . I need my entire money back as they have a 10 day money refund policy.
