[Resolved]  Sigmatel — Mobile starting problem

I have received the Sigmatel Mobile, but there is starting problem so I have returned the same product. But near about 1.5 month I have not received my replacement parcel. So I have canceled the product on August 2009 and asked my refund amount but now is December 2009 still I have not received my refund amount and I have send the lots mails but they are not responding to me. I had called lots they said within 5-6 days you will receive your refund amount cheque but still not received my refund amount. I have received mail from [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com on 11/12/2009 and 17/12/2009 for refund amount details and I have check with my local bluedart courier office same Consignment Number they said its wrong number. And they provide me wrong information regarding courier Consignment Number.

Now from yesterday (18/12/2009) I have send ten mails but still I have not received any reply from them.

Nobody taking seriously customers complaints and they never provide right information regarding your complaint /query.
