[Resolved]  Silicon House — Silicon house pre-sales obedience turned into post-sale ignorance

I had booked unlimited reseller plan with 15 Aug Offer. I had clear each and every points with sheetal (Sales Person) regarding Resource or Customer Creation, Dish Space, Bandwidth, Each and every thing. Now we are not getting service as per commitment before booking.
Please Don't book any plan with Silicon House (http://www.siliconhouse.net/) . i had never aspect this type of cheap thing with one of the.

this shows you are 100% a fake complaint competitor.

as a genuine customer our suggestion is ..do not mislead customers by posting fake reviews.

Thats true the siliconhouse is worst web hosting company i have ever seen in my life. They just send the mails without reasons to suspend the accounts saying some malicious content. I also have got same message that the .zip file present in the directory is malicious. But that was backup of my site. What a fool. Never Join siliconhouse. They will always give the promices but never works.

Recently I had plan for purchase re seller(latha platinum reseller ) from silicon host . I got some bad reviews about silicon host form other review sites . So I ask to silicon host about mail response time, issue solving time and renewal charge for reseller hosting . In telephone they told me 45 mint is maximum response time, same charge (5998) for all year . Due to bad reviews, I asked them to send all this details in mail for a proof in a future communication . Awful they are not ready to send this details in mail and told me it not allowed our company. Due this response, Now I am thinking all bad reviews are true

I'm Also suffering the same issue bro, We have hosted 36 sites in server i facing lots of problem from our clients. This is not the first time, several times i took the tickes for reporting same issues. even they don't have any customer support number. Only they promoting sales. Why don't they think customer satisfaction is necessary. don't take any service from Siliconhouse.net, silicon sucks. Bad time started silicon. Go and suck your tickets silicon

Three words..."They are hell"

Their hosting is hell, their customer support is hell...Their plans are hell...Their limitations are hell...and a lot of other things.

These Chennai People are so useless they cant even talk in English properly. You sometimes have to tell them to speak correctly to understand.Anyways thats not much of a problem.

They do advertise Unlimited. But its not unlimited. They just offer you very little space...1gb and 5 gb transfer...They cannot afford more than that ? and they say its a marketing gimmick..!!!

All the users who have left feedback here with 4-5 stars are Siliconhouse employees..!!!

So dont believe them.

why dont we all frustrated users come along and get the shutters closed of this useless company ?

Silicon House is a bunch of blackmailers. They take money and then torture you. They promised me 100 domains hosting but they blocked my sites after two domains only. They say 60 connections per hour limit which is unknown.
New conditions are imposed
your sites are blocked
your customers business get affected
they give you false information
They dont give any escalation matrix
They also charges me double the money and then after month long ordeal - they said sorry -but tortured us like hell in the process.
summarily anything which is unfair is done by Silicon houseBeware of this rogue company

Waste of time & money...
The site is toooooo... slow, even though if we have purchased an higher end package to host a single domain (Nearly Rs. 30, 000/-) per year.

They simply reply - The site is working fine with us. Kindly check at your side.

They dont even send any major notifications (maintenance service, upgradations, price hike etc.) to the resellers. The resellers have to ask, what's is going on. And then only a reply comes from their side.

Sigma8 is 200% right. Siliconhouse provide [censored]ing service and specially sales. He will say everything before buy. Once you will pay. They start [censored]ing customer. They have taken my 5999 / - and is not refunding my amount. Intially say everything will be done but now nothing will be done. So iasked these bastered refund my money but they are stopped receiving my call.

So be careful. Do not use anything from siliconhouse.

Silicone House one of the worst hosting provider is silicone house, they have many girls who will call you asking you to take their hosting they are good in taking money from people but will never provide them services as promised. Also lot of communication gap don't even care to answer the phone calls. they have many viruses in their server once you log in you may find your computer hanged. sometimes you don't get access you get message in browser DANGER VIRUS the websites gets hacked in their hosting than they say you pay us money we will protect your website never had any of these sort experience my life time. I requested them to give back up of my website and they denied I have raised more than 20 tickets but they just gave deaf years. in the end they asked me to pay them extra money Rs. 10, 000/- Be aware be careful don't go to them never or else repent if you have taken their services than change them to other hosting providers. don't waste time like me I did that mistake you don't do it.

i am using siliconhouse reseller service since 1.2 years but in last 4 -5 months i am facing speed issue with siliconhouse reseller service. I have many mailed and create tickets about speed issue but i got same reply from silicon that is 'No Server issue from silicon please check your website'

I noticed, they provide you almost dead reseller server means we shall face lots of problems related down times and very slow speed They always sent new server up gradation email to you for paid upgrade but will not provide speed related resolution.
I suggest plz don't want to lose your customer using Silicon House Hosting, please go with another hosting provider.

This is complain against silicon house web hosting company it is complete fraud company they used to distribute reseller account initially with plan of 2999 and after each 2 year they used to increase price without any intimation my first year plan was 2999 2nd year renewal 2999 3rd year renewal 4999 4th year renewal 4999 and now this year it suddenly charged me 14999 how it comes no explaination
