The hosting is blocking website subdomain and control panel once the hosted app is run/ tested. it gives "ModSecurity: Access denied with code 403 (phase 2). detected SQLi using libinjection with fingerprint 'sos'..." as reason to block (automatically done by the system in use.

it is false alarm and there is workarround to this. the hosting solution provider should put the files and ip and url in white list. But silicon house service provider is not doing it and doesnot seem responsive.

they say they are not doing. the susy is doing (blocking) and cannot help..
now when the solution is not provided and my taking the hosting is useless.. last two months it is not stabilised yet and whenver i try to use it seriously (before giving it online to customer for use) i get these failures.

They sold me reseller hosting plan with cpanel config for 5000 rs after a month time they said some nice story change all my reseller account some third rated reseller server plan which will not worth more 1000 rs. My all email goes to spam i lost more than 5 client lost more than 10 lakhs of amount because of this # worst service.
If we ask any change u have pay more pay monthly 5000 rs for dedicate server then u r email wont go in spam like that the cheaters saying.
Please i strongly suggest u all friends please b aware those scammers looting our money in the name of brand and trust.
I had a worst experience with them and their support also very worst u wont get any solution only reply u will get reply like girlfriend.

Before one week i will buy some domain online i give three times payment and again i got message that transaction is not completed you need to give payment again. Then i open a ticket and write them that i pay the payment but you write that the payment is not done. Then they will ask me to send bank statement from my side and i forward it to them. And still they tell me that we do not receive your payment. Now what can i do guide me. Because i did not understand this is cheater company or lazy. Now they close my ticket also.

Web server of this company goes down almost every day, and they make the excuse that they are working on it, their customer support is worst, they don't understand english, and while chatting they say only yes sir yes sit we are working on it.
Because of this company my company has gone in the loss. I am going to file a case against this company in court. Never buy services from this company, they are the worst company i have ever seen, this company has kept worst customer support, and worst engineers, they don't know how to solve a simple problem also.

I took re-seller plan from this company and they said they will provide the all type of technical solution and support instantly but when i got any issue in my service then they didn't provide any technical assistant. I think they don't have any technical assist team. They took more time that they promised. They always give any random assistant which is not related to my technical requirements and they said its from your end.

I have got a UNLIMITED RESELLER PANEL from them and I already saw many bad reviews against them but they I bought the hosting only in the money back gurantee condition and after the very first 10 days I came to know they have poor service and website always down and I when I complained they said please talk to your ISP..what the [censored] and they commited many things false so I asked them for REFUND as per the agreement over phone but today more than 2 months passed I called them 1000's of time but they are not ready to pay my money back..This is really a bad thing and I persionally suggest please do not go for their services as I lost too much on phone calls and my money which i paid on the trust.. And the worst thing I have to refund all amount to all my clients under this reseller plan..

India. i have purchase java hosting reseller plan and my whole plan and all website stoped suddenly from 19/September/2013 to till date. i have to fefund all amount to my all customer under this reseller plan.i have generated many tickets but These guys are absolutely clueless. Do not expect any sort of customer support... you might wait nine hours for a reply on online support if your issue is complex .Do not even attempt online chat support unless you have a simple question, and they NEVER ever respond to the phone support. They are totally incompetent, and refuse to even meet you half way, choosing instead to ignore service requests. I have records I will be happy to share to prove my allegations - do NOT do business wit them when i talk about my payment refund they doesn't a single reply on this topic.

I paid for unlimted web hosting with unlimited domain, unlimited email, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited database etc.
that's true and it is there but website does does not open if opens then takes too much time. as their server are very slow and whenever compaint is raised then they say get your plan upgraded for site opening. it is very strange. It is the way to trap the customer by showing everything unlimited and hiding the main thing (site does not if opens then very slow as it takes to much time to load from server) and then site does not and then they say to upgrade the plan

Can anybody please help where to make a complaint (not site) against them?

My Name Is Jayaprakash iam from Hyderabad, iam taken Linux Reseller Hosting Package on Spetember 2012, and domaintaken for 5 years total iam paid Rs. 6800/-

since iam using service weakly 2 times our domain not working every time iam giving complaint, then they will started domain, he told our side is ok, check your side he will answer

main problem is on[protected] suddenly silicon house stopped our account , and sended mail your account is suspended ,

since iam given somany complaints but they are not responding
