iam customer of siliconhouse for 1 year.
i manage around 250 websites with siliconhouse .
they provide excellent support and service and a very low cost.
malware detection and malicious files are major source of problem
for web masters.only big companies like siliconhouse, godaddy and hostgator
employees security team to monitor their servers all 24*7.
so if they find malware or suspend a site due to security reason, you can
always contact the tech support and remove that particular file and reload.
so instead of contacting tech support, why complain in this forum?
i dont have any issues with siliconhouse in this past 1 year.
in india they are the best low cost webhosting provider with best support
and service.
