Godaddy cheats customers by charging more for renewals of products and services. I am waiting for 2 hours and still waiting for the complaint to handled by their team. They are simply the worst customer service team I have ever dealt with....

Godaddy is a fraudulent and extremely manipulative service provider. They charge more on renewal of domains and hosting than other service providers. What's more, you have to pay way more for same domain based on your loyalty. Even for hosting, they charge more money even after 3 months. They simply cheat customers and have extremely BAD SERVICE AGENTS. Cheat Customers is Godaddy's motto....

I have been a Godaddy customer for 8 years. I wanted to renew my account, only to find out that my account has been locked. I have been endlessly chatting with the customer support who keep assuring me that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours. It has been 3 weeks and it seems their 48 hours is still going on.

I was told that my account has 2 step verification enabled because of which it will take time. I received an email...

I wanted to upgrade my Hosting From "Launch" Package to "Enhance" Package. So I chat with their Agent named "Gupta". After discussion over the production informations I particularly asked that the IP will change or not if I upgrade. He/She said IP will remain same and only RAM, Space and CPU will increase. Because I am running multiple websites in the server I do not want my IP to change. That is why I asked multiple times before purchasing....

GoDaddy has been under breach and has removed all of our domain names from our account without even notifying us. The password was changed and we are trying to reach the team and we're not getting any sort of help to recover the domains. There is a bug in goDaddy's ecommerce platform. We are using their website & marketing which is an Ecommerce platform for our business sugarfreebox.in we have been promised for an outstanding services but false didnt hold for longer time! We are not able to launch our website and making loss everyday!

Firstly when you search for a domain they show either they are taken or they are selling it as premium domain at very high price and if you search for a available domain 2-3 time they will park it and you wouldn't be available to purchase it. Because of this alot of new businesses suffer.

We all should stop using GoDaddy and should make a complaint about them....

No customer Support, costly than all other companies, no refund, no solutions, customer support lying to sell there products, after that no service, dont trust on godaddy advertisements, compare with other companies first...
