God how I wish I had seen this from the start NEVER NEVER NEVER use these people they are worse than useless they rip you off at every turn and what little work they do is less than sub-standard they will not do what you want, they try and upgrade you at every turn and give you nothing for it. They never call back or answer emails. I am 6 months in and still no response. Every time I try and get a problem fixed it can not be done, my question is why? I was promised results I was promised a product and still nothing, I have gone above and beyond supplying information and blocked at every turn. I am about to lodge a complaint with fair trade Australia.

We had our website designed by them and we were mostly happy with it. I made the mistake of going back to them 12 months later to get a few changes done and re vamp our website. IT took over 5 months to get a few minor changes done. i continually had to go over what we wanted in the first place as what was promised was i was told couldn't be done for the same price even though i went through everything before any works or money were handed over and was told that wouldnt be a problem. You can NEVER get someone on the phone they will always make you leave a message!! Since the upgrade I'm still having problems with the website and would NEVER recommend this company and would NEVER use them again!!
What can i say except i wish i had seen this before i signed with them. After telling them i wanted a professional looking site which would stand i got as you all know something which looked like one you do yourself.

I have just had the misfortune of allowing Sites and Stores to build my website. The company is an example of all that is bad in Internet service provider. They failed to complete my web site to the agreed specifications after being paid. The company hides behind a telephone answering service. You can not talk to or arrange to talk to any of the staff members. There is no way to make a complaint to a senior manager. They refuse to answer emails. The production takes twice as long as they suggest it will. I have been waiting for over 4 months since my site went live to get it completed. I have been in touch with various staff members including Stephanie and Daniel who promise to have the work completed with in a few days but failed. Sites and Stores are very quick with phone calls and emails when it comes to the money end of the business but customer service is the lowest priority. I would AVOID using Sites and Stores at any cost. Pay a little more and receive quality service through another company. Avoid the promises they make on the phone as they will not be delivered. You undoubtedly will be very disappointed with the end product. AVOID SITES AND STORES AT ALL COST!!!
After having my second website done by these guys, same problem as everyone else. Typical of the sales spin then nothing. I have had a stroke amongst the middle of this and the sight is not even up and going.
Asked this company to design our website back in 2012. They charged us $7, 000 to design our site initially and took another $3, 000 to implement a postage calculator later on the site. We have been paying $68 every month for hosting until May 2015 with them without any complain. $68 which is like $816 per year for basic hosting with only 5GB space.
In May 2015 we decided to redesign our website on our own. They didn't like our idea of doing it and threatened us that they will cancel our hosting with them just because of it. Good for us, because only then we realised how they were ripping us off all these years for the hosting. We paid Crazy Domains approx. $500 for the hosting for 5 years with unlimited space. Sites n Stores never stopped charging us even though they wanted to terminate our hosting service after we moved it to a different provider. Now they are blaming us for not sending them a termination request by FAX. I still can't figure out where did we go wrong?
BTW, they don't have any phone support if things go wrong. You have to wait for at least 24 hours for a response. They will call you from unknown numbers and the calls are not recorded. They will charge you for every single changes you make to your site no matter how small it is. They will host your site and after few years if you make any changes they will just kick you out of their hosting claiming "WE ARE NOT A HOSTING PROVIDER".

I could tell you the story about how we lost over 8K with these guys only to start from scratch with a new developer, I could go into detail about how our deadline blew out by 9 months. But in the end, all you need to know is STAY AWAY FROM SITES N STORES.

We are looking to move elsewhere and I would suggest giving them the swerve for the following reasons
- Staff turnover is incredibly high (we have had 8+ account managers in 2.5 years)
- Developers are not of good pedigree. They often stuff things up and we still have bugs today that they cant fix.
- They charge like wounded bulls to get any enhancements / extensions added. For example, they will charge you over $500 for a simple 10 minute job that I guarantee you they will make a mess off and you could get a far better job done off shore in India for 1/10th of the price.
Having an IT background I would strongly recommend against using this company. Actually avoid at all costs.
The positive is the Opencart platform is quite good with a tonne of great extensions... Just go to the Opencart website / forum and you should be able to find yourself a competent Developer either in Aus or Abroad

sites and stores are ripping people off! i worked at a call centre and there number goes straight to us! i had to take messages from the same people about 10 times a day and sites and stores never answered the emails. dont trust them! coming from someone who has worked for them.

They wanted another $ 400.00 Plus GST for what I very clearly stated I wanted in the web site from the first phone call, before I paid them and assuming this was fully inclusive. That was when I hit a brick wall and I wanted a refund then.
Last week like the week before that I was promised I would get a link to start work on the web site and was of course disappointed when it did not come to tuition.
I dedicated the whole of Easter to work on the site. They sent an email yesterday (Thursday 24th March) after asking where it was, with them stating "NO...it will be the next week".
After 5 weeks o[censored]nprofessional service, I'm happy just to go to another company, losing " $ 1096.70 ".
I had " NO TRUST " left in Sites & Stores
I asked for a 75% refund as they had the last web site and in 5 weeks all I had was a snap shot of what it would look like and their terms clearly state that a site will be prepared in 28 days hence this is a breach of the initial agreement.
I revived a deluded email after telling them I do not want to do business with them, receiving an email response that didn't justify their actions!

Issue resolved. Terrible customer service from Online Development. They will argue with you instead to fix what you ask for. Software has lots of errors and they ask money from you to fix it. You have to send a few times message till they will react. Very stressful to work with Sites N stores, especially when you need a quick solution for your website. Today I tried to talk with manager Gay. He hardly listened the issues I asked to fix. Its seems, he were more interesting to argue . Very stressful!
Buyers beware... This company will actually go after unhappy customers that dare voice their concerns!

I have used Sites n stores. This company are Scamers. I tried to get a website developed by them and could not get what I wanted. Even though I stayed with in their guild lines in thete term they still said it could not be done and kept sending me a standard template.
I paid a deposit of 750 and had to take it at a loss. They then began court proceedings against me for the ballence of the total amount plus legal fees. I did not receive a website or any product from them and they still tried to bring me to court for full payment for a website I am not happy with and never finished the build of it past stage 1.
Don't not use them they are just out for your money!!
