I'm in need of some help with sitesnstores. This is the email I received from sitesnstores :
I'm trying to get another company to host my site.
Unfortunately we do not give full access to plesk logins since there are many other websites within that one server.
I can give you a call to discuss further what is need we are able to bundle up the files and database and give it to here to be able to download from a link off her website in saying that there is a cost of $300 + GST for us to do this because it does take us some time to bundle it all up and set it up that you are able to download anywhere.
I'm not sure what that all means, but it seems Ive been given the runaround for 3 days now with no one contacting me.
