[Resolved]  sky network — Erection of a Mobile Tower

Based on a paper advertisement by Sky Network in Deccan Chronicle Newspaper in Hyderabad, i had called up their call centre in Chennai @ [protected]/[protected] and as per their instructions for submitting of documents (ID proof, Address proof, A photo, Application & Bio-data) applied for the setting up of a mobile tower in our open plot. They followed up with a letter which asked us to pay a amount of Rs. 4500/- in a letter which had service req no HYD/10/891. We made the payment vide DD No580248 drawn from Indian Bank at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on 29/10/2010.

Their person Mr. Ravindra came to Hyderabad for verification on 16/11/2010 and met us at Niagara Hotel in Chaderghat area, his number was [protected]. He wanted to see the property documents and we had shown him the documents and said that we would not give the copy of the documents. We were told that we would be informed within 10 days from the time of this visit.

We called their office on 22/11/2010 and had asked whether our property had been accepted or rejected and their office staff were very rude and said we would get the confirmation in a few days time and indeed we got another letter dated 22/11/2010 stating that our property had been confirmed and we need to pay legal agreement fees of Rs. 6400/- for which we disagreed and asked for a refund. They confirmed that they would refund the said amount of Rs. 4500/- in a few days

After waiting for 2 weeks for their process to be completed i called their office on 15th Dec 2010 and we told that the refund has been processed and i would receive it by Monday or Tuesday the following week. I waited till Wednesday and have been calling on their phone numbers and all the numbers are switched off.

Their phone numbers are as follows

Please look into the matter and get them to book and charge them with cheating and forgery case.
