[Resolved]  sky network — Fraud in tower installation

Respected Sir,
Myself Bimal Kumar Mondal, a senior citizen of Kolkata. I am a retired undertaking Government Employee. My complaint about a Fraud case, a company of Agra district fraud me about Rs.9500/-. The company name was SKY NETWORK. 605, 6TH FLOOR, MARUTI PLAZA, SANJAY PLACE, AGRA-282 002, This was a cellular Tower installation, company. There months back a local newspaper Anandabazar Patrika, they give a advertisement of mobile installation. After that I apply for it.
I gave two demand draft. First one Rs 4500/- and second one Rs. 5000/-. One person of that company came to survey in my house on 3/10/2010, they gave me the agreement date on 21/12/2010, But from last 3 months there all contact numbers is switched off. I am helpless and cant understand what to do. The company mobile numbers are:[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. They also a Tele-Fax number which is now out of service. They also have a Website: www.skynet.co.in, there email id: [protected]@skynet.in, which was running, you can seen from there websites.
Sir I have all the valid document which I send to them, the demand draft xerox copies, courier company receipt copy, and a lease agreement paper of 6 pages which they send to me through DTDC courier. The courier no is Z24704629. There Tele-Fax no is[protected].
Sir you can see from consumer complain websites that they cheat whole of india, lots of people are complaining against this company. So kindly help us from this criminals. And if possible then take action against this company.
