I transferred my luggage from Kovaya Gujarat to Bangalore by SKY PACKERS & MOVERS vide LR no. 2116 dated 29th July on DOOR DELIVERY BASIS. I received it with some major damages to my motor-bike which were immediately informed to the ahmedabad branch (Mr Mukesh Choudhary/Mr Jeus Mob [protected] & [protected]). Also, inspite of the "door delivery", I had to pay Rs.1700/- to the local transportor.It is now more than 15days & no insurance process is begun yet.
The worst thing is no one is ready to reply from this company.
