Dear Mr.Das,
As you have been communicated by Ashwini, we would close the issue by adjusting the advance paid against the equal value of purchase of kitchen item only, even though it is against our policy .
Mr.Das, at this point I would like to bring to your notice following points.
1. The advance paid was against the kitchen value ( which include appliances also), this advance you had made to block the kitchen value offered on that day and free appliance offer and in return we had given you the design in good faith too which is now with you and can be incorporated at your kitchen site.
2. We have a our term and conditions been very clearly mentioned in our quotation, for your reference I had attached here the 1st quotation done for your kitchen, point number 6 in T&C very clearly talk about the non refund policy. This quotation was mailed to you on 15th of march and before placing an order we had also given a hard copy too. This is specifically done to insure transparency with all our esteem customer .
Once Again, I apologies on inconvenience caused to you and would be honor to serve you again in future.

So this was all about the hitch and finally a very good and satisfactory fix by there management finally. They have refunded the Rs.10, 000 as in terms of product and are also keenly eager to serve me as a customer.

I agree. with the consumer. Sleek has got very poor designers, and no co-ordination between their work force.
I would suggest to all consumers DONT TOUCH SLEEK.
I have had a hard time myself and its one year and job completion is still pending.

complete kitchen of mine is sleek kitchen.i thought it will be good to go for a branded one in comparison of carpenter made but I was not satisfied in anyway neither the quality nor the price.Further only after 4month the chimney which was also of sleek got fire and we hardly escaped from a big mishappening which occurred due to chimney cataching the fire and gas cylinder also catched the fire
It is always good to go with the Interior designers available locally. These guys keep up their promise with respect to the time and work. One of my friend bought a new flat in Chennai and tried an appointment with branded companies to furnish the house. She also faced the same problem like late reply and no response. Finally, she found an Interior designer in Chennai to furnish the house. These guys completed their work on time with good quality products. She did Modular Kitchen, cup boards and lofts in the bedrooms, two cots and mattress, wooden furnish for the living room for a budget cost with quality products and good finish. There are lot of local designers available in our places, who does the work promptly. If anyone living in Chennai need the contact of the Interior designer who worked for my friend, please contact the below number

Invited Sleek Kitchen to inspect my kitchen and give the plan and quote. They came home in Kolkata and taken the measurement and collected Rs. 750/- towards site visit (Money Receipt No. 154 dated 19.05.2017). 10 days past but till date they have not given any plan or quote. This even after my repeated follow up with them over telephone. Every time they break promise with some flimsy reason. Complete waste of my time and Rs. 750/-. Hi Mr. Vishal,
Thanks for your mail. Apart from you, I also did have a brief friendly chat with Viral yesterday, less about the unfortunate incident and more on the quality and delivery part of the Sleek Kitchen.
I went to your Bangalore store on 24th Mar to make the 50% payment towards booking the kitchen and scheduling the delivery but the final finishing and pricing had exceeded my budget and also following this on next day on 25th Mar we had the unexpected and unfortunate heated up telephonic discussion with your store manager.
Anyways after that we did receive a call from you in regards to the lucrative upgrade offer and also the quality assurance from Viral and I was working to make this business happen but due to a medical emergency we are unable to proceed on this. I will have to manage with a local carpenter made kitchen rather than a SLEEK KITCHEN for the mean time.
Now, coming towards the Rs.10, 000 advance deposit, Rs.5600 was towards the upgrade of the free Chimney and I have paid cumulatively as 10, 000 thru credit card assuming the final design and color will look good. But later I had upgraded the design to glossy by adding Rs. 11, 000 more and eventually we saw we have exceeded way beyond our budget for the sake of look and color hence is the compromise and cancelling the same. It has now minimal effect about the mistrust grown in us due to your store manager’s behavior. The fact is we are unable to go ahead with it in terms of commercial and sudden medical emergency.
In understand, once the order is booked by paying 50% of the total value, it is difficult to refund in form of cash / product but when the final order itself is not placed then why hold my money and compel me to sign up with you??
I was asked to pay a small amount to block the discount and chimney upgrade offer hence was it made without any hesitation. I was not made aware of any such NO REFUND policy from your store and neither did I agree verbally or written agreed to it and hence I look forward to adjust it against equal purchase of Steel basket as committed by your architect- Ashwini at the time of cancellation on 25th Mar’12.
