[Resolved]  Slim n lift — Non delivery of product ordered

I had ordered 1 pair of slim n lift for Rs. 3245/- and made payment through credit card. The payment was received by telebay but till now the product has not been delivered to me despite repeated remindres through phone and emails. I had spoke to them for 6 EMIs but they deducted the full payment at once. They are not taking measure to sort out this problem. I request you to please take a suitable gainst telebay so that i can get my refund. Please do the needful at the earliest possible.

We had ordered slim and fit in two different size one small and one XXL. At the time of taking the order the telemarketer infromed as that there is no problem in sending it in two different sizes. But when we received the same we found out that they have sent two XXXL size we called them and made a complain they asked as to send it back, they will sent the sizes we had ordered. We sent the same to them, the second parcel also came with 2 same L size slim and fit. Now their phones are not working we have totally paid Rs.2745/- and also paid the courier charge of sending back the first parcel. This is our hard earned money and we cannot afford to loose the same. We ordered the parcel from R.J Telemart Plot No-621/4, sec-31, Gurgaon, Haryana, India - 122001 Ph [protected], [protected], [protected] all these Nos. are not working now.

Our humble request is to refund the amount or send the product we have ordered.
