8 years back who are we asking for settlement. I believe this is wrongly claimed now.

Have not received after my Sewing machine sent for repair

I have purchased orbitrek elite exercise cycle few years ago and the right pedal is broken or came out separately and if any repair is possible pls let me know how to proceed.

Hi, i have purchased an orbitrek elite product 6 years ago. Now from the back side of the machine huge noise and vibration comes. For that i contacted the customer care ([protected]), but so far no action was taken for the past 2 months. Requesting you to send a service person to my address,

15 days back, i have registered a complaint (Complaint #[protected] with telebuy customer care for the service and replacement of demaged parts (Photo attached) of orbitrek elite.. On 26 july, i have received mail from customer care and also informed me over the phone that.
Company don't have spares and they stop production of """orbitrek elite". So they requested me to buy damaged asset from open market.

But it is not available in the open market as well.

Note: it is 2yrs old asset and purchased thru telebuy site.

I placed an order on 4th april 2019 and did not receive the product, order id [protected].. After waiting for 3 months, i had to cancel the order on july 1st, 2019; cancellation number is[protected].. I have not received the refund yet and customer service personal are evasive and i have talked to them many times; they respond back with apologies, asking me to wait for 2 more days! Now i am not even able to reach the customer care number.

I have purchase one vip turbo tank cleaner on 17/06/2019, inv no. Tn/b2c/000001/96998 and payment made by credit card. That machine is not even fixed by your instruction. That hose pipe also so short. I have complained in this matter on 19/06/2019. Regarding this issue you are not turned from your side and no phone from you.

Kindly do the needful.

I bought a telebuy product from Chennai. Turbo tank Cleaner on 08.06.2019. After receiving the product, once put to use we came to know the product is faulty . the pipes are leaking and three pipes are not fitting properly to one another, because of this the water and dust cannot be cleaned. I tried to contact customer care of RP telebuy and no response.([protected]), Reached them through online chat and got the response to look into the matter. No use, till date no response. please look into the matter and immediate action required. Solution for this problem is that they have to change the product or pay back the money. I have attached photo and if they keep on delaying, the company has to pay compensation also. I am saving everything for proof. The document of tax invoice and online complaints also.

Hi.. My parents bought the water tank cleaner product in telebuy last week after seeing in tv. It cost rs. 1800. But when we receive the product, it looks a very simple plastic aluminuim product which is not worth of the money. And also it doesnt worked as shown in tv or in manual. It release all water from tank instead of cleaning. So we call the customer care [protected] (Which is ver very very rare to reach, alway the call disconnects stating server error) to refund the amount. But they said refund option is not there, instead of replacement can be accepted. We are located in chennai, so they asked us to visit telebuy located in maduravoyal. As my parents are aged, they bought the product to clean the tank and unable to visit the store, the got it in online. So why should we visit the shop again. Then we said ok to visit the shop, but now they are saying we will let you know please wait for our call. But we didnt receive any call from them or we are unable to reach their customer care. As of i heard the product selling in telebuy all looks defect one. Please help on this to resolve the issue.

I placed order (Slim and lift combo - rs.2899) on 26-april 2019 at telebuy, the product was not delivered. So i requested for cancellation on 7-may. But its still not processed and they are not attending my phone calls and no proper response. Here my order details:

I have ordered ceramic pan combo buy one get one with vegetable cutter on 17th dec, paid on the same day confirmed by teleshopping that they will deliver it on 18th apr. Till now i haven't receive my product and unable to track where it is, i have contacted tbuy from 18th on daily basis by giving missed calls, since none of the numbers are working as mentioned as customer care. They have promised that they deliver it on 19 th and then 20th without fail, till now nothing happened. I have contacted the delivery person who promised to deliver around noon today, however he dint pick the call. I tried all the numbers they were provided in site, none were picked or not working, i have tried the number for missed call service as well. I got a call back few minutes ago and they disconnected while describing the issue since they might expect the new order. Please do the needful since i have spent some 3000+ bucks on this. I have brought table mate 1 year back.. I was veey useful to us. We liked it more. Infact i was very convenient and also comfortable as it waa portable. After using it now, the table has been broken into two due to unavoidable reason. Can this be replaceable. I kindly request you to replace it (Only the table is broken, i waould like to replace only the table. I. E the top part of tge table mate.

As per the bill no 2018-19/kl/b2c/00013/10931, i had purchased a turbo cleaner and its not working. The phone no mentioned in the bill was not responding when i call. It's too much, i had lost my money, pls replace the product and arrange a demo for its proper working. Pls call me if possible [protected], i had wasted my time also by pouring water in the tube also losses the prescious water during this summer season. Pls do needful at the earliest. As per the correspondence i will rate you with good/bad comments.

I am working 1 year 3 months in rp telebuy sky shop pvt ltd. Ambattur tamilnadu. The company closed the karnataka branches in january 2017, after closed the branches they take the resignation from all employees, after resignation of 3 months we apply for pf but company not reply our request we
Check our pf balance in online they are not credited our pf amount in our pf account, so many time called them, mailed there is no reply from the company.
And i raised grievance so many times in pf portal, ambattur pf office also not responding properly. Already 2 years completed the company closed the branches but we are not get our pf please solve this problem as soon as possible

I bought a waste product from Telebuy. They cheated with a junk telebuy product. Do not trust this kind of online marketing stuffs. I trusted them and i bought this product, Its not working and we are running behind them for the past 1 year. No response. The machine is not working. We sent lot of emails. No response.

While getting money they talk nicely with honey words but after buying the product 0% service.. i lost 10, 000 rupeess by buying the telebuy product.

Do not ever see the tv and buy these tele buy product, Am one of the victim of this fake .. product.

If anyone knows any idea. Tell me. Do not buy telebuy products guys.. spread this word to everyone and help other fellow indians.

My father was interested in buying a product from tbuy.in but later decided against it. He has since then been receiving numerous calls from tbuy representatives despite making it very clear that he is not interested in any purchase. He was forced to switch off his phone to stop this harassment. It seems that the company's strategy is to push people to a corner and force them to make a purchase.

I just called once for an enquiry and placed an order. I was sent a defective product, and so i cancelled the order. I don't want to deal with your company ever again

Please stop calling repeatedly and harassing at odd times. If i say i am not interested, i am not interested. Please never call again, and understand this once and for all

I don't want any of your products and will never buy any of your stuff. Don't call ever again

I purchased a product long back from your organization and i don't understand why you keep on calling me again so many times, it's like the calls occur within a span of 10 minutes for around 5 times and even if i pick up your call it's just mute nobody is on the other side, you don't understand the frustration i'm going through kindly look into the issue at the earliest

I have ordered hair colour in llast month since then they are calling continuously everyday up to 10 times I have answered many times and said about i'm not interested, but they are saying ok and calling back.when I answer angrily they are disconnecting call and calling back after some time.My contact no they r calling continuously and telling the new offers.
