smart gsm prepaid service — validity problem

my mobile no is [protected] its life time plan recharged with 750 lifetime earlier its validity forwards onevery recharge but now its validity is not forwarded, i had recharged it with 30 rs, and 56 rs topup on 27 nov but still by the date of 15th dec 2008 its not forwarded its validity expires on 25th jan 2009 but after many complaints still i m facing the problem, what will i do

Dear Sir,
I have a complain regarding my smart prepaid number [protected].
Sir, My last validity period was 2/09/2009;so, I have recharge with a Top up of
Rs 56/- on 31/08/2009.so, my amount is added to my account but the validity
period is not increase till now.I already complaint for it by making call you, but
not find any acion by you till today.
So, please solve this problem and make my mind
tension free.Thanks for your co-operation.
