Smart GSM service — CHARGEABLE SMS FACILITY

renewal of caller ring tones without my confirmation and immediately charge to my prepaid load sent by 2728, i asked for assistance at 888 customer service but did not response on my immediately. i want to stop sending chargeable SMS without confirmation to phone number, [protected] especially caller ringtones and other alerts.

Smart GSM service — Incorrect Balance Phone No.9827394324

I had recharged my cellphone No.[protected] on1/08/08 by a voucher of Rs.200/-.After recharge I got a message from ur side at 11.03hrs that my phone has been recharged with a balance of Rs.178/-.But immediately after that the balance was reduced to Rs.144.90, whereas my previous balance was Rs.27.10 and after recharge value of Rs.178.00 my balance should have been Rs.205.10.It is not understood why Rs.60.20 has been unnecessarily deducted.I contacted Customercare for correction of my balance but did not get any satisfactory reply.It is very difficult to contact ur Customercare hence I'm sending this message.Please correct my balance immeditely and advise me.Besides Rs.30/- has been deducted for some song service, please deactivate this service immediately as I have never opted for it.

Smart GSM service — Activation

I taked SIM on 27th Oct 2008 and after that it not activated & I also submitted the required documents & that number is [protected]
my balance becomes -48.94 from 0.01 on 1112008
i complained in customer care four times, no any response till for this complain .my smart gsm no. is [protected]

i am user of relience mobile service GSM from 2 years and my cell no. is [protected].
my balanceis already minus but balance reducing by company day by day without my knowledge whenever no outgoing facility is available in my cell in this time.
i have been contacting the people of customer care from 10 days continously but they are not taking any action against it nor solving my problem. if not solve my problem early, i will go to consumer redressal fourm court againt the company. company is fully responsible for this error. REWA [M.P.]

Smart GSM service — Recharge Amount is not added

My SMART GSM NO. is [protected]. Through Easy Recharge system Rs. 15 (gross) has sent to my account on 18th Feb.09( Time20:50:40, Transaction ID 7497340).But it is not credited to my account till today, 19thFeb till 11pm. Cust care is also not available to talk. Plz do the needful immediately.

Smart GSM service — cannot able to make std calls and my balance is getting reduced

i am one of smart gsm coustomer for last 2 years from bhubneshwar, orissa circle .from the last 2 months i am not able to make any out going std calls clearly.my voice is not auidble to them not even a single word from last 2 months and my balance is reduced for that call. i have complained several times to coustomer care but no action has been taken on that.

Smart GSM service — non activation of gprs service

dear sir,
i am the user of smart gsm service, my mobile no. is [protected]. since last four to five days i have been trying to activate gprs service in my mobile lg dynamyte kg200 handset to run internet on my computer through your customer care services. But all my efforts were in vain. Whereever i talk to them, they always assure that your gprs service will be activated in one hour or 12 hour or 24 hours. sometimes they ask imei number. sometimes they ask my address, mobile number, name, location etc. but i have not got any positive result in this regard so far.
so i request you to do the needful in this regard as early as possible so that i can be benefited of internet service.

Smart GSM service — BALO DEP DUE TO GPRS

Dear Sir,
I am Tusar subhra chowdhury & Mob no : [protected] . I am using this connection since last 1 year & I havent called up to your CC for a single issue . But today I faced a prob my ball got dep Rs8 & I just made a called up to your CC they showd they knows everything & we knows nothing. They are helping out the custmer rather badly dissconnecting my call without gvn any priour resolution. I am mantion the agents name one of Mrs Crischina & another name is Mrs Usha sen both dont satisfied me. I like this connection for better planes but today I am very much disstishfied . I am wating for your respond regarding this matter.
