sir,
i am i prepaid customer of smart my no. is [protected].
recently i have changed my cell & bought new one & i have activated GPRS plan of 99 RS but to use it i require gprs setting of my new cell which is NOKIA-C3. but on alpt of trying also i was unable u get connected with customer care executive as the call route always seem to be busy. hence i request you to do the needful.

i purchased N2630 with which i got a smart sim bearing no. [protected], the offer with this sim was that i would avail gprs service of 2months without any rental, i confirmed this from smart outlet in my town and received gprs settings needed for the mobile, but my gprs service hasn't yet been started and the customer care no is nvr responding...It would be great I[censored] could help me out regarding this matter..

i activated smart gprs for 60 days but due to some reason the service is not provided me upto 45 days i complain several times to smart costumer care . i ask them because the service is not provided me for 45 days, what will happen about that they told they do not do anything so please take necessary action against this
