[Resolved]  Smart Postpaid — unit not available

I applied for postpaid plan 1200. unit E63. Checked for the status of the application with the smart wireless center where I applied. It's a good thing the application was approved though I was informed that the unit i chose for the plan is not yet available. It's already been 4 weeks. It it the normal process?
