However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I applied for postpaid plan 1200. unit E63. Checked for the status of the application with the smart wireless center where I applied. It's a good thing the application was approved though I was informed that the unit i chose for the plan is not yet available. It's already been 4 weeks. It it the normal process?...

unable to get response
pl refer to my complaint docket no.[protected] dt.28.01.2009. Though i have already discontinued using the line i've been disturbed by the cust-care people over phone. i have already sent a letter on 28.01.2009 to which no response in black and white came to me. I sent a Reminder which returned to me with a mark "left 12.02.2009". i want to settle up the issue and finish up the case at the earliest.
