I am planning to buy a flat at SMR BUILDERS PVT LTD project named SMR Vinay SkyCity Ramanthapur, after seeing the complaints i am worried whether to go for this project or not,any buyers from this project please give me a advice whether everything is ok with the project no hidden things reg the project,because everything comes out after completion.

If you don't know, the SMR Vinay Galaxy project is already delayed by over 2 years and they've refused any rental penalty payments. Removed lot of features they initally promised (like solar heaters, second swimming pool) reduced the qualirt of materials (used somany tiles instead of kajaria, very poor choices for tiles), added new flats without informing the owners, may ppl who booked corner flats in block C found out to their shock that their's is not the corner flat anymore.
They are just finishing the outside work in Galaxy, so that the buyers for Endeavour can be fooled by the outside appearance.
If you want to talk to the owners of Galaxy, visit the site on saturday evenings, most owners meet regularly at the site on saturdays.
