One of my friend had bought a flat from Sneha Construction, Site name is Sneha Vihar. When visited to the site, we realized that the service is hopeless, they are not having any feeling or even not trained how to interact with customers. They never stand to their commitment. After sales service is 0%. After residing from almost one year, they are not able to built a lift for 7 storey building. People who have booked the flat, before the construction was started, are almost cheated. If you call them at office, every one divert to each other, but no one stand to resolve your problem. When enquired in other flats about the service and their satisfaction level, maximum people want to sell their flats. Some due to bad construction quality and some due to late possession. I think the builder had spent much more on office interior to attract customers, but are not able to give customer satisfaction or service. Once bank loan is done and complete money is paid, their attitude changes towards customer. If you purchase a flat, and want to resell the same, it is almost impossible.
A appeal to all reviewers, if you want to buy a flat from sneha construction, first visit to Sneha Vihar site, located at shivne. Take a look from inside and then decide. Still lots of things to write, it can become bigger than any essay.

I am also a owner of flat in Sneha Vihar, People in Sneha Construction are hopeless, they do not have knowledge of construction. This site is just a fraud. All the flat owners in Sneha Vihar should make union and launch a complaint in Consumer Forum.
Is sneha vihar unauthorized can any body tell this?
I am also a owner of 1 BHK flat in Sneha Vihar, Builder is not actual builder, he is ruthless and no affection towards problems of flat owners, he has committed fraud and he will get big kick on his soon...Sneha vihar is just building to say, but no basic amenities, no corporation water and no electricity meter after possession in 2012. Already got possession after 4 years that is basic fraud from builder. Moreover now he is threatening all flat owners to pay common electric bill which is actually consumed by him or his people and claims all flat owners should bear. I am going to raise complaint against him in police...

- People do not have any knowledge
- The builder is ruthless and sounds like a mafia
- They are sweet and nice when they want the money from us and later when it's done they start to show their true colors
- Irresponsible bunch of jerks
- Now asking to take up possession even though the lift isn't there and we have a flat on 5th floor. Ridiculous this is.
- Never fulfil anything that they have committed.
- The builder is ruthless and sounds like a mafia

Employees which are working in Sneha construction Company is very hopeless, No mind, They are not well trained, They all are negative thinker ..., Finishing of flat is not good so i suggest please don't bye the flat ...they will not providing good facility ...No backup to the lift, no MSEB meter ..., No corporation water..., Lot of many things to say...please understand how frustrated i am...
