[Resolved]  Snehanjali Electronics & Appliances Pvt. Ltd. — Misconduct by employee

This is in reference to the mis-conduct by one of the employee who is working at Snehaanjali Pvt Ltd, in Mira Road.

I purchased an AC from them and was delivered AC on the same day which was good however, along with AC I was suppose to get freebies from them which I didnt received. When I called them up to ask why it was not delivered, they said they dont have stock and since the delivery was done from showroom and not from godown so it was not tagged along with AC. On which I asked sales person why this was not informed to me during the purchase of the product? On which he said, "I made a mistake of giving you the product" how come a sales person can talk to his customer like that?? This is absolutely absurd. I called up snehanajali on their number and spoke with the manager and he promised that they will send the freebies today before end of day however havent received it yet.

I really want to take very strict action against this mal practise by this company. Please suggest what can be done. I can produce all the documents .
