This is Rashmi Shukla and i was working in Softdot HiTech Educational & Training Institute, D-27, southextension Part-1 New Delhi 49, My joining date was 8 september 2008, i have been woked here till 16 March 2009, Due to some family reason i had to go to my village, after coming from my village i was terminated from my job, however i applied for leaves 1 month ago. when i asked about my payment dues they told me to come later, after 4 to 5 days later i called them then again i was told to come later in this way 1& half month gone, i had made lot of calls to them but they never replied positively even they behave rudely, I have Appointment Letter, I would request u to help me out in the same as I need my payment dues with security deduction.as soon as possible Thanks, Rashmi pandey +91 [protected] Was this information helpful? its true, i was also one fo the faculty their but resigned to protect the dignity of the profession. the director and owner of the institute mr. manuj agarwal is the worst person i have seen in my life.
he has a habit to not to give salary on time and also not to give the security money to the employee when he / she resigned..
i have seen two time that faculty members call the police when he refuse to give security money.. he even slapped his accountant mr. chhabra.. he often get physical with his employee like they are his servant..
he must be punished..

I had also been working at the same institute in[protected]. I had to go on leave for my marriage. I applied for the same 2 months before but 5 they terminated me by saying that if you will go on leave you will be terminated just 4 or 5 days before my leave started.

I suffered a lot of mental trauma due to this.

It is the worst organization I have ever worked with in my life. They cheat students, faculty and the whole society.

I request everyone to be aware of such fraud institutes.

Every one Manoj Garwal, Inder Malhotra are the worst people I ever met in my life.
