[Resolved]  software — Rash behaviour and Extra Charge

Hi,

I am Bindu from Bangalore. I am staying in Chinnappa Garden, frequently used to travel to Banashankari (MonoType Busstop) on my work. On 28th Aug. I cached bus from hempe Gowda stop to JayaNagar 4th Block. The conductor charged 5 /- and he was so rude in responding as well. The same conductor today is(5th-Sept) on duty in 13B-(Shivaji Nagar to padmanabha nagar, morning at :10:20 AM I CACHED BUS FROM BANASHANKARI). He was so rude in answering and from banashankari bus stop to hempegowda stop i.e before Mono type bus stop charged 5 / - again. He was arguing with me even i explained to him that its only next circle / stop.

Please take seviour action on these kind of STUPID conductors.
