I am also one of the such complainants as a boy named as Sameer had collected Rs.4, 000/- vide their Receipt No.560 & all necessary documents along with 3 passport application on 11th December, 2012 with an assurance that Acknowledgement of application shall be given on 5-10 days, Verification shall be done within 10-15 days and Passport shall be delivered within 15-25 days after the date of collecting the documents. For around a month or so they were available over phone and kept assuring and procrastinating on some pretext or the other, but did not do any thing and made their all contact numbers either switched off or not available or were not getting but leaving certain messages or tones afterwards.
I would like to indicate their certain contact numbers, viz. [protected], [protected] (Sameer), [protected], [protected], [protected] (Kapil), [protected] (Sameer).
Nothing has been done by now but it seems nothing but fraud of Rs.4, 000/- with me. Kindly help.
