I have applied for four passports through Solution Marketing B-49 Utsav Vihar, New Delhi on 19th Jan, 2012. They promised to have the passports made in the coming months time and also confirmed that we will receive an acknowledgement from the passport office within 7-10 days.
Till today I am not been able to receive any communication and all there contact numbers are switched off. I have their receipt which they gave in return...
