[Resolved]  sonata wrist watch — Replacement

Respected Sir,
I have purchased a SONATA Wrist Watch from 2nd Time, Amar Complex, Swastik Cross Road, C. G. Road, Ahmedabad vide Bill No. 7855 dt. 1/10/2011. In January-2012 the watch was completely not working and we approached the above Shop for repairing purpose. They asked me to hold the watch there for about 15 days. Then I inquired several times after 15 days but at last on 9th of February they asked that we tried to back it from the company and in the evening they told me that the watch is there but we put it for 24 hours. Then on 11th February 2012 (Saturday) I went and collected the watch from the above shop. On Monday the watch again stopped and not working. We went again to the shop on 14th February 2012 evening and asked them to replace the watch as per the terms of the Company (Sonata-TATA). The lady who handle the shop is Ms. POOJA was misbehaviour with us at that time and asked us that we can't do anything, if you have to approach the Company you can go and I will give you address of the Company you can complaint it and whenever we asked the address she can't give it but told that I will call you tomorrow the full address and phone number, but till date and time they can not care to give me the address.

Now, I put the watch on January 10, they gave me on 9th February-2012 and after two days the watch is completely stopped and as per the terms of the Company they have to replace the watch. But after sale of the watch they are not attending the customer properly. That's why I put a complaint to you Sir. Please do the needful in this matter.
