I have purchased a SONATA Wrist Watch from 2nd Time, Amar Complex, Swastik Cross Road, C. G. Road, Ahmedabad vide Bill No. 7855 dt. 1/10/2011. In January-2012 the watch was completely not working and we approached the above Shop for repairing purpose. They asked me to hold the watch there for about 15 days. Then I inquired several times after 15 days but at last on 9th of February they asked that we tried to back it...
