SoSasta — Non-delivery

Sosasta - apparently a Groupon company.

I have placed an order on May 18, 2011 and thereafter have been continuously following up with the "Customer Service Executives" to check the status of the delivery and not once have I got a satisfactory response.

On a couple of occasions the executives just hung the phone without providing an update on my order. Also, I have been provided with two email addresses to send emails for follow up and not to my surprise, nether of them respond.

A fraud of customer service and probably fraud of a company. Would not advise anyone to transact with such fraudulent companies and loose their sleep over petty issues.
