Voucher no NZMASXP and NN9Z9E8 valid till 18th December 2023, 11.59 PM, but when yesterday on 18th Dec 2023 evening 7 pm I went to the concern Hotel to redeem those vouchers it shows voucher already redeemed.
I have tried to call [protected] and [protected] customer care number of Nearbuy group but both the number showed switched off. Nobody even bothered to help to redeem my voucher. Kindly refund back my money

My name is ch Divya and am here about to complain on the part time job fraud. Request you to take a look into the below details
It was a Groupon part time job company..where I was offered part time job explaining I can earn[protected] in a day through what's app from number [protected]( Taniya Sharma, HR Department)this person took me through registeration fee of rs.100(refundable) and assigned a mentor namely : Chandrashekhar bhan in telegram for work details, this person was with me the whole time and only explained I need to deposit and submit 3/6 tasks in a day in order to avail the original and the commission payment, initially I could withdraw 1930 and 228 rupees in to my account and even the task completion amount was Little lower and hence I could withdrew these amounts, later he said the more I deposit the more commission along with the deposited amount would be credited and unfortunately they ended up taking 65000(in mutliple deposits from my Paytm payments and HSBC accounts) by increasing the each task value.. when I claimed for the deposited amount..everytime they asked me to complete the tasks and withdraw the amounts .. later i realised that I have invested amount in a fraud company and unable to claim both the deposited and commission amounts from them. I have the screenshot of the payments towards 2/3 users for the same group on company each time I deposited an amount.
I made a huge mistake trusting them and i sincerely request you take necessary actions and get me atleast of my deposited amount..I have no where else to go

I received payments of 228 and 1930 only from them.
Above are the list of payments I have made towards the fraud part time job company Groupon

Commission promised : 49008
Total amount deposited and commission gained amount that needs to refunded from them : Rs 1, 16, 358.00

I sincerely request you to take a look into it and retrieve atleast my deposited amount from them. I have been in debt to my friends for this amount just because of the persons (mentor : chandrasekhar bhan), HR : Taniya Sharma from Groupon part time job company

I have completed all the tasks assigned even though it's beyond my limit.(I invested only for 3K but the company took to 7 lakhs).Now the tax paid, and big channel amount paid and also withdrawal handling fee also paid.But again they are asking to change the bank account and again asking me to pay for big channel.Its highly impossible.

The agent has tell this one last and make many of transactions but they not withdrawl my funds just saying more you have to purchase around 40 thousand transaction I have been done but the agent is not withdrawl my funds till now am in very big problem.my totaly balance have been finished... please help me

I am register my profile as a per time employee. A mentor told me that for earn money u have to invest money 200 or 500 and complete 5 task per day. When I start task they need more and more money. And task will also increased as a same day. After 9000 of investment they need more money...and withdraw is zero.

That's why I don't need ur income.. I just want my investment back.

Products returned before 30 days but associate not giving refund

I have not received my payment back after cancellation from nearbuy for a voucher and its been 20days.

I have booked a spa service in g male spa on 16.08.2021 through nearbuy.Com with a tariff of inr 899. After entered into the spa only, i came to know that restroom is completely dirty and not cleaned well. Moreover they are not wear mask and cloves, as they did not follow the covid-19 protocol. After i have informed this to front desk too, they are not taken care of. My health is literally affected because of this unhygienic situation. I...

I purchased a deal for New Year Eve of Sixth Empricia club which is located in Punjabi bagh Delhi from nearbuy.
From my 3 registered number, I had purchased that is [protected], [protected], [protected].Nearbuy showing a very large menu details in the deal but when we visit at merchant place, not follow the menu that is mentioned. Both people looted public money nothing else.

This company is committing fraud by selling invalid big bazaar gift vouchers.
I bought a rs 500 worth voucher from them on 17-jan-2019 which was supposed to be valid until 08-aug-2019.
But when i tried to use it at big bazaar on 01-jun-2019, i was told by big bazaar that it’s invalid.
I saw their screen at checkout counter and they were right. It was coming up as invalid.
Since i bought it at nearbuy, i complained to them but their answer is that they cannot check if vouchers are valid or invalid. So, they cannot do anything.
Is this kind of fraudulent business practice allowed in india?
If not, i request consumer court to help me by getting either a valid voucher from nearbuy or the refund.
I’d also urge consumer court to take strict action against nearbuy since they seem to be employing such fraudulent business practices.

Bought a coupon from Nearbuy but bymistake I redeemed it myself. So when I checked with the merchant, they asked me to provide the confirmation mail from Nearbuy. I called back Nearbuy and informed the same but the customer executive Mr. Sanotsh told me that they don't have such provision and to reach merchant location and he would confirm on call itself for which merchant wasn't ready. Merchant told me that without confirmation mail from Nearbuy, I can't avail the service. Some 2-3 hours got wasted because of this chaos.

Finally I asked Nearbuy customer care executive Mr.Santosh if it's possible to cancel the coupon and if money would be refunded for the same for which he replied it's possible and he would cancel the same. Even sent me a confirmation mail that money would be refunded. This incident happened on May 11th, 2019. Till date haven't received refund amount and even after multiple calls to Nearbuy, it's of no use.

I have been requesting to cancel the below vouchers.

The team at nearbuy mentioned that the vouchers would be refunding at 50% and the same would have a validity of 7 days. However, all the vouchers mention that they are cancellable with 100% - then why should i get only 50% that too with a 7 day validity.

I want a full refund without any validity – this is in line with what has been mentioned in the voucher as well. It nowhere mentions that 50% of the amount would be deducted – why should i bear a loss of rs.2350 when i have not availed the services

They had a deal which i purchased and spent 3900rs and later the merchant misbehaved and said they can not provide the same. I requested nearby team and then nearby said they have deal error on website. Now neither i got anything from merchant nor nearby is returning my money. Everytime i cal them they ask for 48hours.

Guys lets all join and get our money back. These people are just earning money from us which is our hard earned money and we usually leave it thinking that we wasted 3000 or 4000 let that be but these people collect 4000 or so from each person making them in lakhs.
