1) SPAR has very poor billing service . I visited SPAR twice for shopping and every-time they forgot to count the discount value for items . When you point out the mistake they dont bother and instead correcting it they advise us to recheck the bill before leaving SPAR and they asked us to go to customer service . Quite surprised by this behavior I mean you do shopping for 5k rs and then you have to recheck the list to make sure whether they have done billing correctly or not and on top of that you need to go to customer service desk to correct it.
2) Another problem is whatever is displayed discount/offers on the goods section varies in the same section .
For eg: In juice section 2 offers were displayed for Tropicana :
a. Take any 2 Tropicana ( Apple/ORange/Pomegranate) and Save 25 Rs
b. Take 2 Tropicana of same variants ( Apple/ORange/Pomegranate) and Save 25 Rs
I took Orange and Pomegranate bearing the discount/offer point a . But I was not given this discount . At the time of billing I was told that don't go by 'a' discount, only 'b' discount holds . I returned the juices to the customer desk as I was angry because of misleading displayed offers/ discounts .
Poor billing service, misleading displayed offers , irresponsible behavior of employees is definitely not good for big brand like SPAR and if it continue in same way this will get close soon . Its really disappointing . Was this information helpful? |
customer service — irresponsible employee
iam having an account in bharath nagar branch hyd ,though online service is free of cost for depositing cash in any other local branch but balanagar branch is charging 50rupees for deposing my cash .they won't even accept online transaction daily.they won't even respond a customer in a sensible manner please look over such things.
