Sparsh — some drawback

I am shajid anwar and I was the emp.. of sparsh bpo which is located at sector-4 noida. But now I have given resignation letter, because T was very disappointed from that organization. I was not getting cooperation from floor manager, see I am not talking about any particular person. I think it is not my thinking, I am sure something is going on wrong in entire process. Really they don't know how to handle the team. It is very shameful to say some stupid person doing job, but they dont deserve it. See, If you want to see your organization on the Peck of glorious then you have to do something.If I hurt ed you then extremely sorry.
