Respected Sir,

I am NITIN HARJAI. I have an account in your HDFC BANK Sarita Vihar New Delhi .My Account no is [protected]. Sir Rs 6100/- Debited from my account in Three transactions (dated 07/03/2009), but I did not get any money from my transactions .Details of all transactions given below-
Sir, I did 3 transactions from ICICI BANK ATM in which 2 transactions we did from ICICI BANK ATM (ATM ID NO. S1CW3206) each of Rs 3000/- (DATE 07/03/2009) but message on ATM slip showed UNABLE TO PROCESS and transaction declined (TXN NO. - 4393, 4394)., So I did not get any money ., Then at the same time, I reached another ICICI ATM (ATM ID NO. –S1AN0466) and did another transaction of Rs 100/- (DATE 07/03/2009) this ATM Slip also showed UNABLE TO PROCESS and TRANSACTION DECLINED.

But in the morning (DATE 08/03/2009), when I did another transaction from HDFC BANK ATM (ATM ID NO. –S1ANDH41) of Rs 2200/- here my transaction was successful of Rs 2200.and A/C BALANCE was shown RS 20 only, then I got to know that Rs 6100 (from total 3 transactions last night dated – 07/03/2009 ) has been debited from my account .then I logged a complaint in HDFC Complaint Centre from there I got my complaint no i.e DEL029548 .So I request to you please check for the same and revert my Rs 6100/- in my account (Account No. [protected] )as soon as possible .I will be very thankful for your support and cooperation .
