Yes Sir, I have gone thru this particuar matter since to day I have also recieved a similar sms in my mobile congratulating me that I I have won XMas shell Inernational Mobile Draw, 2008. I have give my name as instructed by them in order to claim the GBP200, 000/-, which seems to be fraud.
