I have received a mail that won a prize money of (800, 000.00) eight hundred thousand GBP for the month of October 2009 in the Lottery Promotion organised by YAHOO/MSN LOTTERY for which contact Person : Harrison Oweh (Events Manager) & also they asking to pay the Shipment requirement charges to deliver the Winning cheque & Certificate, kindly suggest whether these messages are true r not.
