i am also agree. i am also victim of spectra. they take money for training but not provided appropriate job to candidate.
i have ever seen these type of org, in this org a engg work as like MAJDUR, it deppt does not know what is ip, LAN, Rj45 etc.We all know office asst minimum qualification BA, But here an engg work this type, spectra give this employee less money as compare to Haryna labour
ajay all MF are working there as a manager & don't know how to manage company... For MR Lalit beware from these gandus otherwise you can again get the same result like TNS
I am also victim of this company.I think, Even the documents like offer letter and salary statements are false.They are not trustworthy.If you are applying for other company's offer based on their experience, they will not help you in verification by your new employer.Now complete staff have changed and no one know me, if i am trying to contact them via phone.Even my manager is not picking up my phone.they can ruin your life and career/////so just be aware.

i am the employee of spectra in 2011 and i am working near about 2 year in the company pls give me my experience certificate and clear my all dues i am coming my on dewali and i have an excident and serious brain ingery so i am on complete rest in 4 year pls contect me at [protected] and give me my experience certificate and other pending dues.
Spectra televenture is the Worst company ever. No one from company know the ABCD of telecom. Their motto is hire the good person from circle & setup the circle & once circle is setup they said good bye to the employee. They have no ethics & just want to ruin the career of people. Saurabh Kant & Lalit Gupta is the culprit & both have to etiquette & ethics
