Spectra televenture is the worst company ever. No one from company know the abcd of telecom. Their motto is hire the good person from xyz circle & setup that xyz circle & once circle is setup they will not providing require man power, vendor payments & any requirement & said good bye to that employee after 2-3 months after circle is set up by giving common reason to all that you are not performing. They have no ethics & just want to ruin the career of people. Saurabh kant & lalit gupta is the culprit & both have no etiquette & ethics.

I am the employee of spectra in 2011 and i am working near about 2 year in the company pls give me my experience certificate and clear my all dues i am coming my on dewali and i have an excident and serious brain ingery so i am on complete rest in 4 year pls contect me at [protected] and give me my experience certificate and other pending dues. I am writing too late but it can save future of some engineers. I join this company as RF engineer in Oct 2012 with employee code (ST/HO/4544). I was working in Andrapredesh circle. After 2 month of joining my RF coordinator Sagar start saying to leave from company to each of team member and one day to me too. I complaint about this to HR Vandana but no success. finally I left on 3rd jan 2013. Now I begun to wait for salary, after sometime I get it but was shocked to see it was just only 11000 instead of 16000. i.e 5000 less. HR said that I was on leave, I asked about the date for which I asked for leave, but they didn't provide any information to me. I also applied for claims pending for conveyance worth ~10000. I provided them with all original bills but they never pay me and Mrs. Vandana told me that she hasn't receive any claim from and also said that "there are many employee, I don't now who got that courier ". I ask them to give me joining letter, but they never offered it to me. I ask them to give me experience letter, unfortunately they never gave it too. I contacted her for more than 2 month for final settlement but she never listen to me just ignore my request and also block my Email i.d to reach her. I have all E-mails regarding this as proof along with scanned copy of all claims they didn't pay to me.

Spectra Tele Venture is a fraud company. The have no work other then fooling around with commitments. Mr. Lalit Gupta is master is this game he is the mastermind including Mr. Vineet Jain. The comapny has been involved in many fraud cases in MP (indore), Chhattisgarh (Tilda, Raipur and Bhilai Steel Plant), Orrisa (Angul) and UP (Lalitpur). The projects mentioned in the website of Spectra are all wrong. The company has tendency to not complete...

spectra Tele venture company is one of the fruad company located in Gurgaon, this company collect lots of money from Fresher engineers for training perpose and give a job, After 2-3 months when employee ask about salary, than top management said that our company not satisfied from your work you can go out from job, without paying any salary and without giving money which that employee deposited at the time of joining.
