[Resolved]  SPEED CAR HELPLINE — Committed Service Time Not Met

Thanks Amitabh you saved my money by posting your comments for this company. They promised me that they provide 24hr service then how can they ask you to call at 8a.m next day. Pathetic services.

You are right! I asked them that my battery is down and there is nobody in the vicinity to start my car. I called Speed, they said "it will be done in 35 minutes", then they say after 30 minutes that their helpline car is apprehended by the Traffic police. How come helpline cars are caught by traffic police? Its simply . I had taken this helpline for safety while driving the from Gurgaon-Faridabad hilly road and now they say they don't provide services after 6pm on that road!!! is it outer to NCR region????? Bloddy fu778%$#***!! Good for nothing, really a bunch of thugs!

Once i was driving in delhi and i got attended for down battery problem after 35 minutes of my call
in the evening hours around narayana area by SPEED helpline inspite of heavy jams in and around
delhi caused by incessant raining.

They also apologised for attending me late spite of presence of valid reason. I do not subscribe to
the complaints made by both of these people

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — No reply on complaint

Today, September 22 2009, at around 1030HRS, I called Speed Car Helpline to register complaint of my breakdown car. My membership number is NS 25210.

Starting from 1030HRS till 1730HRS, I must have made at least 75 calls on following numbers

Ranjit Ji (GM) [protected]

Customer Care could not offer any information about the machenic who is to attend to my car. After noon, they simply stopped attending calls.

Anil ji answered my 1st call where he expressed surprise on why my complaint was not attended the whole day. Then he also disappeared.

Ranjit ji never bothered to answer my calls. I had to get my car repaired from outside mechanic and after repeated calls, no one has any answer for me to why my car was simply not attended.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — Thugs

These are thugs, On date 06/10/2009, My car was not getting started when I start to move out of office in evening. I called Speed helpline at 6:55 PM. They assured me with in another 30 mins, a mechanic will be attending my car but no respite even after i made around 20 calls. These are attended calls, forget about the calls which were unattended. around 9:30 I have up and went home in Taxi. Some on other side keeps on saying the mechanic will be attending in another 20 minutes or so... I am not sure which other helpline to choose but certainly move out of speed.

I have registered for the Speed Car Help Line Service with the registration number : NS-29213. I am highly disappointed with the services & feels cheated by paying an advance for two years to these guys.

Yesterday (5/10/2009) at 7PM evening, I was on Taj Express Highway when my car's tyre got punctured and I called all their help line numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) many times. After some time the number ([protected]) was picked by someone and he assured me that he will be sending some person for my help in 20minutes. Trusting on his word I stayed there for 40 minutes but nobody has come for the help. I again called on the same number and the same guys assured me that he will confirm me with a callback about the person who was sent for my help. I did'n get any call for next 30 minutes. Finally after one and half hour, I again gave call but the person was again confused whether my complaint has been taken up or not and he again assured that some body would be sent.
It was raining outside and I was on the dangerous expressway, waiting for some one for the help from their side. I could be a victim of any incident.

Some How, I drived my punctured car and took it to my home. The Tyre was totally damaged and I was highly frustrated with the totally unprofessional behaviour of Speed Car Helpline Service.

I again called around 10:30 and some Mr. Singh has picked up the phone and he said he will be sending some one as the concerend person has gone for some work in Mayur Vihar. Now this was the limit. I asked their owner's number. He did'nt give me. Infact when I got angry on him. He simply denied that he will not be sending any person for my help.

After that, till now, Nobody has come for the help and I did'nt get even any call from their office. I think, its matter of cheating. These guys take the money and never do any help at the time of crisis rather They pass the wrong commitments to the people which could be very dangerous.

I have already send complaint against this company in the consumer court and going to file a case against them.

i'm a member of speed car help line for past more than one year and i found it really use ful whenever i needed. i used their services in noida, karol bagh n pragati maidan.they were always there to help me.

I have this same story. They are just cheaters nothing else. We should not allow them to cheat others.
I called them up in morning that my car has got punctured to their so called speed service. I called them atleat 100 times out of which they just picked my four calls and same reason to me as well that their driver is at mayur vihar and will be back to you in another 30 min. I talked to their operationas officer Mr. Ranjeet but of no use.he is a coward. That man has no sense to talk and just ignored my problem as if he is not responsible for my problem. At last in evening I myself changed my tyre and being a female it took me so long to did that.
They are terrible service providers, if anyone reading this message never go for their service if you do not want your Blood pressure to go high.

I am surprised to see at least ONE admiring comments about SPEED services. lol
This is the worst and pathetic service, i will never take this service in my life again and also request to other never take this. I also faced the problem of Low Battery and tried to call them many times but they never came, so finally I had to call my dad to bring the another car. after 4 hours still they were excusing they are stuck in jam ...caught by Traffic police, that's totally .

In another incident, when i asked them to give the complaint book, they showed so many entries about complaint, in laughing way they said I would just fillup the paper, no body would check this.

So i would request to please help others, before being ditched by this rubbish fake things.

i am waiting for last one day for these thugs every time you make call they will say he is coming in 15-20 minutes at last i had to take help from local mechanics. ridiculus they are not even ashamed of thereself instead of this they should either start begging on the road or become dacoit...

This service is useless. I call up 10 times in 2 days. Every time answer was that It will reach in 1/2 hrs. However Complaint was never assigned to Mechanic. I think they are just running Call Centre and they do have only one or 2 cabs for service.

Yesterday i called up speed car helpline at around 6:15. I had locked my car key inside my car. They said someone will be coming in half an hour. But no one turned up. I called them several times till 8 o clock. Finally got it fixed by caling a mechanic.

Today in morning , a tire got punctured. n m callng since 9:15. as always they say someone ll be there in half an hour but no one has turned up.

I am trying to reach their manager at this no. [protected]. But no one is responding. I want to get my money back. I think this car helpline is fake and just is trying to make money without providing any service.

I would say they should be beaten up, these guys are fake, I think they do not have any service cars or anything, they only charge money and have a fake call center where people are sitting to fool you and tell you that someone will come, This company is probably founded by some fake dishonest person to just fool people, I will be filing a case in consumer court against them, ,

This is the only car help line service whose, neither supervisor nor manager, come on the line to sort out the complanits. Staff of the company is very disgracefull, use abousive language.

MD number or email id you never get and somehow i[censored] r able to get the email id by lure their staff like i do and write a complaint. He never revert it back.

I only to kindly not use their services at all becuse it doesn't deserve a penny.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — not servicing request third time in row

In addition to n number of ever pending complaints. here is another feather to the so called SPEED helpline which is so pathetic that I am even ashamed to be associated with such third class service provider. I enrolled my vehicle with SPEED 5-6 month back. since then there were two cases in which I called them and they always pretend to send their mechanics and then too even after 3-4 hours nobody turned up.
Talking about today's case for instance. I found flat tire in the morning and called up SPEED on 43431111, they assured me that their person will reach my premise in laxmi nagar within 1 Hr. Post 1 and 30 mins when I enquired I got a reassurance that the person is on his way and have crossed ITO Around 9:00 when i again tried the stipulated no. nobody picked up the phone Since I was getting late for my office I left by public transport. Still I tried calling them from my office and told them to fix the same then the guy from their side told me that they cannot send the mechanic now since I was not with my car. The suffering didn’t end here. At 8pm, after coming back from my office I again called thinking that now these people will send someone out of shame that I am calling from the morning. The caller assured that the person will positively reach my place by 9:00. At 9:20 when I again called the number, I got a reply that the person just crossed MANDI HOUSE and will be there in 10 mins. Finally at 10:00 when I called fully frustrated and out of my mind the senseless executive told me that they can service the request only in the morning and blankly refused to service at night(even though it is 24 hr service helpline)

I think that these people does not have even a single mechanic and have only opened this helpline to dupe people. I seriously believe the whole sole purpose of the team sitting there is to tell lies to consumers till the time the enrolled party gets frustrated and resolve the issue by their own and stop calling the helpline. I seriously warn everybody don’t even entertain a single sale pitch from this company or you will be stuck in a quagmire of Despair and will end up suffering even more.

These SPEED people are good for nothing and they never turn up for the stranded customer.

I also faced the same problem, i m going to sue them in consumer court, on 7/7/2011 at 10:30pm my car breakdown at wazirabaad, i callad on helpline no 43431111 and my id is NS-81229, i called atlaest 5 times after that somebody pick the call & register my complain but he has no information abt the technician, i called 15 times & each time they said that technician is stuck in JAM, i wait til 1:30am, bt technician nt reached even not contacted to me.
