[Resolved]  SPEED — WORST HELPLINE SERVICE

Never go for SPEED helpline car service. Its one of the WORST helpline service provider which will never to come to you in case of emergency whenever you car brokedown. They will make only fake commitments that our Engineer is on the way and will reach in 30 minutes but will never come. So guys Be cautious and put you money on some other service provider. They will waste your money as well as your precious time.

SPEED — Speed Breakdown team not reached

Hi Speed (On -road car service team),

I wish you could change yor name to ''Slow Speed'' Rather than speed, as i got a flat tyres yesterday night on the way back to faridabad, (hilly road near NHPC Colony opp. Anandvan Benquet hall) and I called the Speed team for the stepney replacment at 19.07 PM. They promised to send help in half an hour. however even after my repeated calls to their helpline number (more than 10 calls) to their CSE, no help came. The excuse was the mechanic is not taking our calls. He also promised to pt me in confernec with the meachanic which never happened. I lost my patience after 1 hour and 30 minutes of following up with the speed team and asked to cancel my service request and Refund my memebreship fee...I got my tyre repaired from alocal shop in the near-by area after 20.37 PM........

Will some listen to this complaint and understand the criticality of the service needed at the time of break-down????

SPEED — false promise of 24/7

my membership card number : 182070 under the name of Gagan Gaur for a Royal Enfield & Lancer. I was given a very rosy picture of the best services by your company when I took the membership. The reality came to light when I was stuck in the need of help yesterday at 7 pm in Sahara Mall when my bike Royal Enfield broke down & I called your custmer services for help. They told me to wait for half an hour. I called up 8 times around 8 pm but my call was disconnected constantly & when I dialled the new membership extension around 8.10 pm my call was immediately taken and then I spoke to Rajiv who said he will send some help in half an hour. Then around 8.30 Rajiv called & said that they cannot help me as they dont have any mechanic to provide any assistance and when I said that this could have been told to me an hour and a half back I would have done something as I'm stuck with my wife & 5 yr old son. This caused me mental harassment & tension. Unfortunately the weather was too bad and I could not get any mechanic, so I had to come home without any assistance dragging my bike till my home which was about 8 kms.

Today Morning I called your company & spoke to Rajinder & Ankit - Customer Services Manager who said they will call me back after consulting the MD. But I did not receive any call till 1 pm so I called again & spoke to Ankit who said that he will call me back in 20 minutes as he didn't have my contact number. Till now I haven't received any call and I would like you to reply me back in written that what will you do regarding this.

I have already told Ankit that all calls have been recorded and will be used as proof against your company if required in case I don't receive any reply from your side within next 48 hours.

In case of no reply within next 48 hours I'll assume that your company is not interested in helping the customers and we will take the matter to Consumer Court against the Breach of Contract, Lack of Services with the print out of this email as well as call recordings and ask for a compensation for Mental harassment & tension.

SPEED — no video is working (speed )

whenever i opened a net only the video is giving a problem to me
i already lodged a complaint last month but the problem is not solved yet
I bought the same model in Mar 2009 it has oil leak problem and its not solved after giving my bike for nearly dozen time in 2yr i had file complaint without lawyer in Distric forum which was reject based on my signature on "job card' which have pre printing mentioning "I have received vehicle with satisfactory service"
as i was not aware about the same they have used against me and proved that my intentions are wrong as i have already signed the job card.

in short if you face the problem with your bike, be very specific about making a note on both the side of job card saying you still face the problem after earlier repair, and if the problem will discontinue after 200 to 300km you will give satisfaction note seperatly.

collect all the zerox copy of Job card (both side) after you put the above note, ensure job card is properly filled and no space is blank, if it is than put a big cross so no amendment can be made afterwards by dealer.

You have send all communication to dealer or Royal enfiled via Register Post with AD to company and file complain at Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum through lawyer of your region. with in 2yr of purchase of bike
