[Resolved]  spice D6666 — very very very bad experience regarding spice D6666 mobile

Dearest Sir/Ma'm,

This is for your king information that i bough a spice mobile model D6666 on dated 29.10.2009. I observe the following problems in this set.

1. CDMA Network fail problem.
2. Battery backup very low.
3. Hang problem.
4. Call disconnect problem.
5. Bad picture quality.
6. Low sound problem with Micro SD card.

I have contacted your spice service center Kaithal in Haryana and to Haryana circle service incharge Mr. Akshay (Mob. +91-[protected], +91-[protected]) but he didn't give any satisfactory response to me my jobsheet no. is SHR-250809B00091 on dated 7th November 2009 at 03:22:00 PM. I am working with Haryana Govt. essential service department, due to this handset problem my official job work is also getting disturbed. Today i m going to hisar spice service center to submit this mobile to rectify the problem. I hope your R & D team will look in this matter on top priority base.

Looking forward for a great positively response and mutually understanding faithfull relationship with spice mobiles team.
