This is to bring your kind notice that I have purchased a handset from Spice Center on 2nd Mar 11, Bill NO:-454 Service Tax No:-AAACM0294ST001, TIN No:-[protected]
Shop no:-G0001, City Center Saltlake City Bloc-DC,
There’s a problem regarding application related, on visiting the outlet the asked me to visit Service center, when visited the service center in 6 Chourangee lane, they asked me to change the operator, this mean on purchasing this handset customer has also to change the Operator. where in the same operator was providing the same service in other handset. They are pointing at the renewed Operator “TATA Docomo”. This is really disappointing. At the service center they asked me to download but on downloading its reflecting “cannot be verified”.
They are not helping us but harassing me a lot. Its not possible for me to visit your outlet on a daily basis for the same issue.
Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
