Hi..My Self as Kumar and i Purchased SPICE QT 68 with cost of around 5000 1 year back.this phone is waste... first 6 months its working fine with some minor issues..after that its giving so much troubles like switching off automatically eventhough if i charge 18 hrs p/day then it will work only 2 hrs. if i get any incoming call & any message its automatically switched off..I Showed in Bangalore Service centers one is near Marthahalli & one is at Bommanahalli..that service center just in one small room ..they not techincally not qualified & they told me its due to s/w problem so they updated the s/w and again after days am getting same problem..if we say any problem this centers they always say S/w problem..this product is chineese product and SPICE company cheating the customers..am requesting guys dont dont dont buy this piece !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Was this information helpful? |
