Dear sir,
I have applied for new connection on 01/11/2008 and i recieved a confirmation letter from SREE MA KIRUPA GAS AGENCY SHOP NO:11 R-30, A, TNHB COMPLEX, SPARTAN NAGAR, ANNANAGAR WEST EXTN, CHENNAI - 600101... i went on 01/31/2009 on saturday, they denied to give me new connection stating its a month end. Is it a valid "Reson". I feel this is not fair...attrosious ...probably in this case we have to provide the service quality as per the agency order not even a request or the agency has to provide service to new connection holders...which should be taken place...This is none my business to check for us to its a month end or year end..wat ever the case may be, the approval is given in letter what ever the day.They are suppose to give the new connection. Atleast they requested for the inconveince not even that too...Reply was "go and come back on next week" we are not the servant of the agency.am working in night shift today i find time to go for the agency, this how the behaviour was...

I have been customer to SRI MA KIRUPA INDANE GAS AGENCY ANNANAGAR WEST EXTN CHENNAI since 2008 .Right from the beginning the cylinder supply always delayed. This time we have booked one month ago and cylinder not delivered yet. The telephone nr is always busy. They have not respond through phone aswell.Poor responce for the customers. Cylinder always delay even in non demand.please take immediate action sir.., even today also we are waiting for cylinder...we are really frustrated about this fake response...
