I had placed an order of sreeleathers hand bag, model no. 69102, quantity 310 in sreeleathers showroom(The Pride) in Bokaro Steel City on 27 April 2009. But till now i have heard the complain of zip in 5 bags.
So i kindly request the concerned to take necessary action in this regard against the dealer.
