Very Bad Product Shoe
My name is Sajal Bhattacharyya. I have purchase a Shoe 09.04.2023, Model No-17913. At Naihati Mitra & Saha Leather Products. But after wearing this shoe for a month, all the pesting of the shoe came off.As it was within the warranty period i returned the shop on 22.05.2023..Today i call to aske if my shoe have arrived and i was told that these shoes will take 15 to 20 days. And if you have any problem then complain to the company.Thats why i complained today

Had a terrible and agonizing experience at your 3&4 LINDSAY store on January 3, 2023.
I had purchased two ladies wallets, model numbers 68025 and 108207, costing INR 500 and INR 470, respectively, which I left behind at the store near the belt sizing counter after picking them up from the salesperson. The following day I returned to the store and alerted the staff about the missing inventory; they checked their internal manual register, which is kept at CASH COUNTER #5, and indicated they did not have it with them. I told them I'd left the carry bag at the belt-sizing station. They promised to confirm it to me after speaking with the manager.
Mr. BISWAJIT GOSH Floor In charge approaches me and rudely states, "I'm coming the next day, January 4th to claim it, " claiming that they are powerless to do anything. I gently explained to him that I had spotted the missing merchandise when packing because I was visiting the city. He says in an obnoxious manner that I have no right to come and assert that the products are gone, despite the fact that I specifically requested that he look at the CCTV footage for more clarity and conduct a thorough investigation.
It's the way they treated a consumer that hurts more than the financial loss. The store manager and other sales staff were certain that there is NO HUMAN ERROR and that the store is 100% effective in its retail administration; they were so adamant that they also highlighted the fact that I have been lying the entire time. After I objected, Mr. Biswajit gave me a piece of paper and asked me very impolitely for my contact information to be left with the shop. I questioned him, "How do you plan to retain that piece of paper?" Why if he lost the paper ? Is there a register or online site where customers can file complaints at the store?
More than the loss of money it’s the way they treated a customer that is painful. The store in charge and other sales personnel were adamant that the store is 100% efficient in their store management and there is NO HUMAN ERROR, they so much so also underlined the fact that I have been lying all the while. When I countered it Mr. Biswajit asked me very rudely to leave my contact details with the store, and gave me a piece of paper to write the details. I questioned him about how he planned to store the piece of paper. Suppose he throws it? Does the store not have a register or online portal where customers can make complaints? He then handed me the same manual register to fill out my information with great reluctance. In fact, they blatantly confirmed that I would get the call in five days. Today is Day 6, and I haven't received a call yet.

I purchased the travel bag of cost 1295 but bag was not delivered till now
Please find below details which i had purchased on NOV 29th 2022 with transactio id: P[protected]. But still today 12th Dec the travel bag was not delivered.
I had called given contact number on site . they given another number [protected] and another number[protected] also not picking my call. This is waste of time and money for me.

Demand money for carry bag
Hello Sir/Mam,
Hope you are doing well.
It’s my bad luck, today I visited your showroom in gurgaon.
I bought a bag & your people on cash counter has demanded money for carry bag. But with other items the carry bag has been free.
It’s really a shameful rule & I really hurt.
It’s my request to your top management, please change the rule or close your showroom permanently.

Today is my last day of warranty period but he is saying that today is not last I have purchased my product on 174 2022 but he is saying that your warranty period is over kindly take care otherwise I have to go to court.

The staff behaviour is so very disappointing. I waited for half an hour to get the correct size of my shoes but then too I had to come out empty handed. The staffs were rude and didn't listen to any of my instructions. The customers who came later were attended before me. Such a disappoitment I had to face.

Ordered online mens shoes on shree leathers site Mens shoes invoice no SL13416 on 16 may, delivered on 29may 2022.
But very sorry to say such a big company of kolkata now selling very low quality product..
My shoe only after 3 time use sole tie came out . it is made of cardborad. Under that sole has no thickness only hollow deep holes. Card board totally gone off..
Company totally looting its customers.. If i compare with any local brand of ₹ 200.. Local is far better..
I need my full amount refund ..

Today morning I ordered a LADIES Heel Sandal and the amount was deducted Rs.554 from my A/c (Ref No. ECOM_[protected]. After that, there was no mail/message/sms confirmation towards payment done/Order received.

I have recently brought a sandel from there website I have paid a heavy amount, after paying there was no response but my money got deducted, when I tried calling customer service they were so rude, they said it's not there duty, on the other hand my money is stuck, please take actions or things will get worse.

I have taken my shoes before 1 month from howrah domjur branch. When i get they told me that 1 year warranty and they not give me comfort shoes. And now i am not comfortable with that shoes... Its terrible service i have get from. Even i did not know it was going to break so quickly. I getting very pain in this legs. I never thought that they will give us that kind of product.

I've horrible experience in sreelathers showroom. Yesterday night (03/08/19) have brought a belt from naihati showroom. After opened this packed have some scratched in the same. Then today morning have visited same showroom and asked store manager for change this product and he blamed me that i'm responsible for this scratches. Refund this product and not received money and product.

I am a regular customer of sreeleather kolkata since 20 years. Now it has open into siiguri as i have shifted over here i became customer of this branch too. But i never got such rude behavior from any staff of these company as i faced on 28.07.2019. One of the staff talked with me and my 12 yr girl very roughly. And when i tried to tell him that u should never talk in such manner with any customer rather with any human being also, he again insulted me. On that day i purchased nearly for 5000 rupees. So my question is after being a valuable customer how can they behave like this way. I am very disappointed. So i want to complain in this forum rather i expect that i will get justified answer from them.

I have bought a black shoe few months ago from srirampore sreeleather branch bit after using for 6 days both the soles were broken into twp parts. It is black in colour and 9 in size. Brand number is 21220 and mfd is 08/16. When i placed my complaint to the store manager, they denied that i bought it from their branch and asking for more money to repair the sole. It should be your team's responsibility to provide good quality of product to the consumer to maintain faith. If sreeleather wants to keep their brand value in market, they need to sales good product. Please take immediate action and initiate my money return.
