I am a VLE since 2009 I receive my vle password through sms first time on 11.57AM. on dated 06.12.2010 i receive my vle id [protected],but after login I check my skash balance show 1350/-. The Vsat not install yet my at Csc but connectivity charges deduct from skash balance for the month of Dec 2009 to March 2010.my SAHAJ Portal (len den ka vivaran) is showing three combo courses admission worth Rs. 8100/- and three typo tutor admission worth Rs. 900/- for which I had no any prior information before getting my Vle Id. at the same time I want to tell you that despite of my Vsat provided by the SAHAJ company is not connected yet to my site, but my connectivity charges is showing deducted from my skash balance. Now I want to know who use my VLE id and why ? Rs. 8650/- deduct by SAHAJ side. I send these informations for take action and investigate to SAHAJ.
Who used my id without my knowledge's? I inform SAHAJ on Dated 08.12.2010 regarding discrepancy in my skash balance of Rs. 8650/- in which Mr. Ratan Sharma (Jr. Executive Services) and Mr. Yogesh Mishra (Regional Manager) were responsible.
I were assures orally by SAHAJ employee Mr. Siddarth Gupta (District Head Sonebhadra) that this amt. Rs. 8650/- will be reversed within a month in my portal but after two months period I am very sorry to say that there is no any positive response by SAHAJ side its seems to me that either SAHAJ are not taking this matter seriously or Sahaj employee are not informing this
matter to his superiors. I am also complaint to [protected]@sahaj.co.in call ticket no. 82440.
This is very shocking to me and being disappointed I am going to inform Mr. Neeraj chandra (State Head Operation UP) directly about this matter but he denied all these matter and say "tumhe jo karna ho kar lo ye paisa reversed nahi hoga" he will also not take any action on this cheating.
