[Resolved]  Sri Abhinandana Housing Pvt Ltd — Fraud

Hi, I am D S Kumar, it was almost 1 1/2 year that speculation started around Land pooling for capital in AP and erraballem sai sudha was also pooled, however till date no concrete information about it. This discussion has to do in an open and in meetings not one to one, if that information is concrete why they didnt call for meeting for all customers and make it formalize and register in other venture for all. They are discussing one to one and giving diferent statements with different customers which is creating mess and confusion. There could be only three options:

1. Get approval from Govt and Register Land in sai sudha who have Paid all installments and inform certain time frame for this, No body will not wait till five years
2. I[censored]nable to get approval, call for meeting all at once and register plot in another venture near by sai sudha which is not in land pooling
3. Otherwise as land holders getting compensation, award compensation from Govt with whatever terms and conditions

We should observe that company is delaying only ventures that are in land pooling or all ventures, it is for all ventures then definetly should respond and act on this.

No one has time to prove good or bad, genuine or fake, Company has to sort out all these problems openly without bias.

Do not take any land offers from this company...They are cheating people by taking investments and not doing registrations..

Hi Ravi, It is clearly mentioned in the documents / passbook that Developement charges also need to be born by the applicant. dont confuse investors like us.

I bought two plots in Sai Sudha venture and paid full amount in 2012. So far no registration from abhinandana company and now they are telling it was taken for land pooling. Because of their negligence we are paid. Why the company is not giving the proper communication to the customer about the real status. This is not acceptable from company founded by respectable TDP MLA(KOMMALAPATI SRIDHAR PEDAKURAPADU, GUNTUR). Be careful before investing into this company.

We don't have any idea whether it was taken for land pooling or not. No clear statement from company/ send communications to customers in form of letters. Hi never ever trust abhinandana. I have taken a land near LAM, Guntur on instalment basis. after when we went to office asking for Registration, they keep saying that the registrations has been stopped due to the capital city issue. Now thay came up with other drama saying that as its been raining cant do registrations.. I dont kn ow what the f#ck is going on... am not even in the country to find out whats going on and my parents are really sensitive when ever they go to the office people are coming up with some cock and bull stories... I have taken that land for my parents I been working so hard to keep them happy but these guys are taking the blood out of the people...

As the discusssion is going on about abhinandana housing pvt ltd, I have decided to write in this forum regarding my issues.

I have purchased a 200 sq.Yards plot located in gunthapally village, hayathnagar mandal, behind avanthi engineering collge, from Abhinandana housing pvt ltd (punjagutta-office). Just went and had a visit in that area last week and really struggled to identify my plot as the signboards of venture are rusted and thrown away. the stone boundaries are also pulled out and thrown away. and when i tried to call the office, no response.
I bought it in 2006, they promised everything and not even fencing is there now to protect the plot.
My suggestion is not to pay money till they provide all the facilities.
Most importantly, god is there to punish such people who make false promises and loot innocent public.
